Moore Tires a great ambassador to your City’s Commerce. On vacation 6,000 miles from home it was late in the afternoon have to leave for home tomorrow my 2021 Ram 2500 Cummins engine lights indicated needing serviced, and tires rotated. 4:00 I text Moore Tires requested an after 4:00 service I was for sure the answer would be no. A prompt very reasonable estimate was texted back to me by the boss. Brad met me at the door and my truck was immediately taken to the work bay. Unique parts and special oil had to be ordered. All parts were delivered and within 15 minutes. Tires were balanced and rotated, the fuel and oil filters were changed along with the 12 gallons Rotel synthetic oil. During the service they checked my truck for other service points and advised me of future service mandates and recalls. They took the vehicle on a test run checked for leaks and re-torqued all the wheels. Without additional charges, Brad, the Shop Forman and Crew stayed after hours finishing my service. The truck was responding great, but back at the motel I was having apprehensive thought about the long upcoming journey home I had a couple of concerns I forgot to inquire about, so around 7:30pm I text my concerns knowing full well a response would not be forthcoming till the next business day. Surprisingly around 8:00pm the Boss after consulting with his Shop Forman responded and answered my questions and gave me confidence I needed to proceed home. You good folks are lucky I don’t get this type of service where I come from. In closing I highly recommend Moore Tires for your tire and service needs, what a great crew. Thanks Again

Our car had a caliper break down which made the brakes red hot. We took it in on a Saturday morning. Although they had to order parts they were still able to get us back on the road by late afternoon. Brad was excellent in keeping us updated on when we should get ouur car back. 5 Stars.

Kyle and Bill were great to work with. The new computer system needs a little work. All's well that ends well and I highly recommend them for all your tire needs

These people were very attentive.to our needs. They were very quick rescuing us off the side of the road. They checked our other tires and showed we had a bad tire. They were quick changing the tires and got us on the way. Office lady, Mel was super friendly.
